Hacking HOS panic occured after failing to update firmware on switch after not checking how to properly do it on my behalf

It says ""HOS panic occured!" Colour: ####, Code: 06 Press any key..."
I have tried to reinstall my contents atmosphere and everything and I cant find any troubleshooting pages about this issue anywhere even though being one of them first results when searching "HOS panic" on google. could anyone help me with this issue?

Did you also update the payload that you inject into the Switch?
The payload and the version of atmosphere need to match else you also get these kinds of errors.

i actually figured out the cause of mine. it was the deepsea tool by neptune that was causing my hos panic. ty tho
