Does this brings anything new to the table? Apart from the UI, i think ULaunchElf is still the better option for launching homebrew apps.

It is supposed to be the rival to it. But we shall see. It was talked about years ago. It just popped up again. So we shall see. You're supposed to introduce a couple new features.

It has a Quick Launcher for PS2SX.
PS2SX is a GUI for PS2PSXe and a (simple) game installer.
PS2PSXe is an emulator designed to support PS1 backups, and play them on your PS2 via USB, Network, or Internal HDD.

There's nothing to install when it comes to PS2 isos. As for PS1, if it's like POPSTARTER you convert the .bin files to .vcd, if it does that within this app it's pretty neat, though i'd think the speed would be atrocious, unless the .bin files are stored on the internal hdd instead of usb (and even then it's slower compared to on pc)..

The overall performance is worst, but it launches some games POPStarter does not.
So, it is better to have both.

Quite a lot, thanks to the integrations. Also, a completely new apps format is available for users.
