Hello fellow hackers!

The title of this thread might confuse you, so let me explain.

In my second hacking phase of 2015, I got into custom channels and such things. I remember downloading a few forwarders to the old Ocarina app (which of course had been obsoleteware for a while by then). Two of them were Action Replay-themed, for some reason or another. I assume they were made a long time ago, probably not later than 2008. I remember one of them having this maybe early-mid 90s sounding song as its theme. Unfortunately I was never able to work out what song it actually was. Fast forward to 7 years later (are we really as far away from 2015 now as 2015 is from 2008? wow), and I've tried to search everywhere for these old channel forwarders, with no luck.

Do any hackers from back in the day possibly know what I'm talking about? I will honestly be quite surprised if you do, but I'm out of options, and I want to know what that song is, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Sorry to disappoint you, but no.
Though you've just made me curious.
Gonna dive a bit to see what I can find.

Do you have any hints in where to start? A link? A video? More info? Any kind of old trace like: "I got them forwarders from this site" ???

Why do I need to sign up to download a SINGLE homebrew app?!!
The site is quite old, and it's pretty much dead.
Use my credentials to download as I've been a member there for 13 years.
In "Nombre de usuario" copy paste: La mejor persona de la web
And in "Contraseña" copy paste: awebo

Thanks for the details, Juan. :D
EDIT: Account is now mine :tpi:

Once you "sign in" clicking on any green text will download from their own servers.
Use my credential to download DS apps too!
The site has forums for different consoles, each containing old versions of Homebrew Apps.

I'm 90% sure I got them from a video, which is where I looked first, but YT is now sanitised and littered with those 'how to download Homebrew on your Wii' things that are 15 years too late to the party.

Gecko OS rings a bell yeh.
Definitely wasn't Gecko OS. This was 100% a forwarder for the original Ocarina app that didn't support SDHC and was later superseded by Gecko.
a quick goooogly came up with this:

dunno if any of them are the one you are after?
good luck
Those filenames ring a bell, I'll be sure to try them later. Thanks.

I can remember the banner being a Ocarina, the channel name something along the lines of Ocarina Cheat Engine.
As for the music, dare I say some N64 era tune.
I'm pretty sure it's the very same that OP mentioned.
I know for a fact that its this one, filename "Ocarina-OCRA.wad". It has the N64-era music to Zelda as you have just mentioned.
