iPatched 4.1.0 black screen when launching emuMMC

Hello, I have an iPatched Switch (4.1.0) and I use PegaScape to launch hekate.

I successfully created an emuMMC (4.1.0) I wanted to updated it for 15.0.1. I used Daybreak to do so.

After the update, when I launch CFW in Hekate, I get a black screen after the nintendo logo.

I am not sure why. My sdcard is fat32. the files i downloaded are from sdsetup

Well you might have to redo Emunand, depends where you sourced your firmware files.

Darthsternie is a good source, your Atmosphere up to date?

AIO cause problems for people in the past, it is best to use hekate mount feature.

It has to do with writing atmosphere files while atmosphere is running, in general you shouldn't rewrite the whole pack while it is running.

It has to do with writing atmosphere files while atmosphere is running, in general you shouldn't rewrite the whole pack while it is running.

just wanted to say that Aio switch updater doesn't update/overwrite files while atmosphere is running. yes past updaters did, even aio did for awhile. but once atmosphere 0.15.0 came out blocking overwriting atmosphere files while running, shallow sea team came up with a method to work around it by rebooting to a payload, then update atmosphere files. the only part im not sure of is if it then reboots using reboot_payload or what. for me it boots to hekate. i use it every time to update since aio came out, 95% of the time i have no issues, 4% I do have issues but thats usually outdated sys-modules, etc, ~1% I have some weird issue with aio that requires me to do it manually. But thats my experience

Agree with this

AIO is a fantastic short cut, once you know what you’re doing and can quickly troubleshoot that 5% without thinking.
Too many people try to use it as a beginner’s silver bullet repair tool (skip warning, do things out of order, etc) and their inexperience gives AIO a bad name.
