Why are Americans so freaking sensitive

*Disclaimer* if you get offended by anything I say, that is not my attention however, you'll be proving my point.

I've been thinking lately (a dangerous pastime I know) but I've noticed that Americans are extremely sensitive. What ever happened to "suck it up" or "get over yourself"? For example I have said that I do not agree with homosexuality but I still am friends with and love homosexual people despite me not agreeing with this lifestyle, of course I was still called homophobic and got a lot of hate by some pansies who couldn't respect other people's thoughts. Another example is the is viewpoints on celebrities and the like. I've noticed people being unnecessarily bashed for not liking a generally liked person or vice versa. The most extreme example is something I saw today. There was a video of a photographer being observed by a young elk. It showed mildly hostile behavior as it would bend it's head down and buck the man who was sitting on the ground. He stayed down so he wouldn't upset the elk and he got away unharmed. The elk was later put down for "repeated aggressive behavior". At least 80% of the comments said that the man had performed animal abuse because the elk was put down even though he did absolutely nothing to harm it. People went as far as to say that the man should have been put down. This begs the question. What causes us Americans to be so easily offended and hate others just because they differ in opinion? What do you guys think?

There are women out their that like men that can get in touch with their sensitive side.

"The elk was later put down for "repeated aggressive behavior"."
I remember this video got a lot of anger and outrage from animal activist groups.

Lol, this video is the best.

Animal activist groups are all over-sensitive pantywaists. Animal rights activists only care about themselves and never the animals, they have an agenda and want money/power.

@SG854 People would rather have Kangeroos continue their ceaseless reproduction? And still not importing wolves?

Tbh I think the whole animal activist groups wouldnt be as bad if peta wasnt the biggest and the example for all.

Animal shelters are inhuman?
Just burn them down with the animals inside of course!

Zoos are inhumane?
Just release the animals there so they can fuck over the enviroment or die due to not being used to the countries natural condition!

PETA is nothing but a bunch of lowlife losers. They even think keeping a pet goldfish is cruel, to them I say, "grow a fucking pair, you pansies" sheesh. PETA, HSUS, any activist groups, are all so bitter and sensitive XD

@Eightcoins Keeping pets is as evil as it gets, and many animals won't be in that religion if not for the zoo.

It must be really evil to adopt abused or abandoned pets that would die if I didnt.
adding to that, they are way more spoiled than they would be in nature.

@Eightcoins Mind telling why the f there are adult dogs the size of your hand hat will die the minute it leaves a human? It lack strength or comparable brain size to other dogs and will get owned by a mouse any day. Why would someone breed this abomination?

I didnt say you should overbreed animals.
I get if people want it to be "more cute" but it shouldnt be able to just die from its anatomy

@DeoNaught Are people actually outraged? Or do people actually want to argue cuz their bored, is the question that should be asked.

I would be surprised if the Peta cult put animals into a meat grinder, to say they don't want animals to suffer in this cruel world, so they are putting them out of their misery.

@Eightcoins That's exactly what happned when humans advanced enough and didn't release hunting companigns back to the wild.

they cant, because that wouldnt be vegetarianism/veganism
and you cant be fully hypocritical if you dont shove any of these 2 down anyones throat
