Turn of events and a bit of a disscusional topic

Hey, been a while since I last posted but I felt it was nice to have something to say instead of talking about how much I like mudkips or some BS like that (seriously the title started out as "Love for Mudkips")

To start I should say that about a week ago I sent my second 3DS (my lil bro uses it) in for repairs and I ended up getting a Zelda 3DS instead which was pretty cool, anyway my first one has also been sent in (I'm cashing in on all them product deffects Nintendo ;3) hopes of grabbing myself a Zelda 3DS also (I even sent a nice note with a drawing :D).

Other then that I have also begun looking into android app development, Im hoping to port the original CaveStory as my first project ( I may or may not keep you guys updated on that)
Ofcource it will be free granted Studio Pixel gives me permission to put on market (if not ill just resprite and edit a bit and host on market anyway.)

I also have hunted down quite a bit of neat freeware (ill link tomarrow) one of which is Urban Terror, since its small and simple enough I brought it to school on a USB to see what local CoD fanboys would say. I swear to god, if you make the gun high rez and put it in a arbic village, they cant tell the difference. It was probabily wrong to take credit and sell them copies at 5 bucks a pop but hey, easy 60$ made just from Fanboyism works for me :3
It was going to probably hit 100$ or so but my engineering teacher put a stop on that.

I also just got my PC back after 106 days (I didn't count I only know thanks to steam :/) and bought Fallout New Vegas (till the WiiU starts looking awesome enough for me to spend 200$ on controllers alone my PC is my HD console.) Its downloading now, I would 2do a LP if I had the equipment. Speaking of LPs I did a half-assed walkthough of RE:Rev demo. It was just flatout half-assed but I got a few nice cheap jokes and stuff in so I'm happy with it. (Link tomarrow)

Lifes been good, not perfect but better getting a little pissed at living in a house full of fascist christians :/ but atleast my family trys to understand how I think and the effort is good enough for me. Still get dragged into every religious tradition but I get some well need sleep atleast, while I'm in that cathedral.

Anyway, let me get to what I wanted to discuss. Mario Sunshine. Will someone will tell me why it seems so many people think it was a fail? I remeber playing it when I was younger and it was tons of fun for me (and still is) so WHAT exactly other then the fact it lacked punching was bad about it?

Oh yeah, one more thing. I'm thinking of hosting a Kid Icarus Uprising tournament for the week after its week of release, no plans have been set in stone yet, but I would like to get a decent turn out (especially if this Nintendo Network thing ends up making this kind of thing easier) and all, so tell me if you think its a good idea or not.

That's all for now.

Mario Sunshine was amazing.

Oh, and I don't think Pixel will give you the rights to publish it officially, they've denied multiple people just in case they decide to make it in the future.

That's just what happened to the DS homebrew version. Pixel wanted it down because a DSiware version was in the works.

There's nothing particularly wrong with Mario Sunshine... It just bores the hell out of me.
Also I'm going to be quite honest, it's not unbeatable but it's hard to an extent that does bother me in a way.
I just really don't like it in general. :P

I've also been getting into Android app development as well, though I'm currently in the process of coming up with good ideas for the app.

Good luck with whatever you're doing!

Meh, without punching it kinda sucks...but I guess FLUDD is the punch alternative (which now that I look at it, wow Nintendo screwed up :O)
