Bout to do some hardcore lifting and then proteins in my whole milk for the fibers. I am mad jelly tho that I've no ice cream at home but it's mad cold out so I'm just gonna stay in next few days.

I do get fibers but I gotta feed my jacked fibrahs too. I been getting some good veggies in also and eating more in general. Doesn't equate to bulking up, I don't do that bullshit.
