there's something stickin' in my eye

so i was coming back home from a long skate trip. and when i say long, i mean long. i was out in like 25 degree weather with a beanie and a sweater on skating at least through 30 blocks. anyways i come home and the first thing i wanna do is shower because i took off my shirt and i was pretty much a human fountain except the spout or pouring thing's my entire body and it covers all surface area. okay never mind. so i get in the shower, and i have this thing like a schedule for showers. i don't need to talk about that but at one point i need to use this body scrub and it has like tiny little rocks mixed into it and stuff. anyways i put some of that onto my face cause it says on the bottle it's supposed to "exfoliate" my skin. whatever the fuck that means.

yeah so i get one of those microscopic rocks in my fucking eyelid. got out of the shower, seen my eye was all red and stuff. wack

Don't worry. The Eye is pretty hard to get perforated by something and it's auper likely that it will come off naturally. Just let your eye tear as much as it needs in order to get rid of that tiny rock.

And do not rub your eye because you run the risk of scratching your sclera.

If the tap in your kitchen sink is high enough, rinse your eye profusely. Keep your eyelids force-opened with your fingers. 30 seconds will do the job.

Flush your eyes with lots of water. Do not rub your eyes........Then after all that, take 397 aspirins and call me in the morning..............NOTTTT

i had something similar happen to me a couple of days ago, something got stuck in my eye, bothered me too much, lasted for a couple days, it was both painful and annoying

Those exfoliating scrubs are one of THE worst things a person can use. ESPECIALLY one one's face. Throw that garbage in the trash. You're doing more harm than good. If you insist on keeping it, do not EVER use that or ANY other exfoliating scrub with those "rocks" in it on your face. Not just for the getting some in your eye part, but the stuff is HORRIBLE for your skin.
