ROM Hack YS DS translation project

Is there a way I can quickly uncompress/compress the text? FAST once said that crystalTile2 works, but I don't understand anything on it, and I don't know how to see japanese characters/load it with a table.

Open up crystaltile2
Thank FAST, i was able to get a korean translation for crystaltile

Open the NDS file.
click on the DS icon.
You can see how the arm9.bin is LZ77 compressed by the icon that shows up. right click, and click on the 4th option, the one with (U)
save the decompressed file anywhere.
Edit, and repack the ROM with the decompressed arm9.bin
click on the ds icon again, now this time, right click, and click on the 5th option, the one with the Â
done

Now since i've mentioned it, you should translate the arm9.bin

This just uncompresses/compresses the file, I already knew that
