which mod is it?

Typically they go in /atmosphere/contents/<titleID> /
…and then:
- exefs
- romfs
- romfs_ext

How are you attempting to do this and what errors 0r symptoms are you seeing?

Are you using Hekate/UMS or FTPD or pulling the sdcard out of the switch?
Just putting the micro sd card straight into my pc and attempting to copy and paste. i Can copy and paste the same files to my pc, it’s just the micro sd card I’m having issues copying and pasting to

Hello I have another question, I want to change my microSD for a bigger one since Black Friday is soon. Do I have to mod the whole thing again or just paste the backup on the other sd, then do the partition from hekate again? I always opt for the safest option since I havent been banned

If you don't have a hidden partition emunand you can just format the new sd card and copy and paste

Test your card with h2testw to see if it[s been damaged.
https://3ds.hacks.guide/h2testw-(windows).html

Hopefully we don’t have to resort to data recovery, but if we do, here’s some next steps

Recuva — recover damaged data from a corrupt disk.
Game Save Recovery — when all else has failed and you are about to format your SD Card…try this.

new here ! Any tips my switch is already modded running deepsea
DeepSea doesn't support piracy so if you only downloaded that, you won't be able to play pirated games. To do that, you need to download the ES, FS, & Loader patches from this thread.

Hi all,
I haven't picked up my switch in a few months and I have been greeted with the following error code

2002-4737 (0x222x02) Program: 010000000000000C

I tried doing my due diligence and searching for answers but it seems the solution is to delete that folder with the long numbers in the contents folder of the atmosphere folder. Problem is, I don't have a "contents" folder in my atmosphere folder.

I was/am still on firmware 1.3.2.1 and was on Atmosphere 1.2.6-master-173d5c2d3

I tried updating hekate and atmosphere using the rentry.org guides and was able to boot into hekate but as soon as I boot to atmosphere I only get about 3 seconds before getting the error.

It may be helpful to know that I was getting the error intermittently a few days ago but was able to get Teknik in tinfoil working and downloaded a few titles. However, a few of the titles weren't showing up correctly (white loading tile) and I started having issues.

I am currently transferring all my sd contents over to my computer in case i need to back them up (taking 4 more hours). Hope I can find a fix for this without reformatting my SD card.

It's not running deepsea, it's running Atmosphere, more than likely. If you want to get more familiar with the hacking process, read everything on this website. Knowledge is power.

What format is your SDCard?
FAT32 or exfat?
Are you using Partition based emunand or files based?
Are you able to boot into OFW?

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

    but that's a long shot

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

  • cearp @ cearp:
@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
