What steps should I take to migrate from dimok's fw.img fork, which is coldbooted by haxchi, to this? Do I just modify the syshax.xml to point at this ELF file? Where should I put it (SD or NAND)?
Hi,
Just tested out the new CFW IOSUHAX thing and I think I've found a problem loading V-Wii games. Just as the console reboots in to Vwii mode it freezes on a black screen and has to be unplugged to turn it off.
I've tried it a few times with the same results. Tested again with the old IOSUHAX and with the recent sig_patcher and it works fine with both of them.
As for a name, what about something straigforward like syshax, sysUhax or Usyshax.
Thanks for all your hard work on this. It's all coming together nicely.
Yes it definitely is not working with vwii games I get the exact same problem.
Do you think it's possible to make a version of this that can be installed permanently for permanent sigpatches? (not CBH, but something similar?)
That is actually not that easy as the boot0/boot1 chain only boots signed code. If we modify the code the signature check will fail. For now the only option is to use the contenthax exploits.Sorry Dimok & Devs I know we are greedy and always ask for more etc..., but is it feasible to apply signature check patcher to IOSU memory (register,...), so that those patches can remain in permanent memory, and not only in volatile memory?
I'm not talking about coldboothax since I know that hack is very risky. Thanks!

No real reason to keep the signpatcher updated as the new thing does everything signpatcher does plus a lot more@dimok Do you intend to update both, the signpatcher and "the new thing"? For the new thing, I'd call it IOSUHax lite.
what about Paxchi. it ties in with Haxchi lolWhat about:
i-whax-u / iwhaxu (ios wup hax u)
No i am skint at the moment so can't buy a DS game from the store until after Christmas sadly lol. Haxchi and Paxchi sounds like it would be terrible cop TV programme for the 70s lolLol. What's your setup? Haxchi and Paxchi
