welp it only works with wifi on which kinda sucks for me because I barely play 3DS near anyplace that has internet

Not if you download the .cia manually and transfer it to your SD card. You can put the payload on the root of your SD card too.

trust me I installed cia I have payload on the root, I have it in the hblauncher loader folder and i have otherapp.bin and I still get this http://i.imgur.com/Q4IEmI9.jpg

Do you have the correct, updated payload? Also, you don't need it in the Homebrew Launcher folder.

I'm 99% sure that I have newest payload I went to http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ and chose OLD 11 3 0 36 E I have the newest starter.zip unpacked I have newest hourly luma I did update Homebrew Launcher loader

Obviously I have it and I even downloaded .m4a once again and I tried doing this through sound player but it has the same error... and yes 2 hours ago when I was on 11.2 I did launch homebrew launch through loader and it did work just fine

I installed the homebrewlauncher again and i deleted the payload i had before. Started it with wifi enabled but always gives me this error....any solution?

Always the same error. Both on old and new 3ds
