the dat0 point is on the back of the motherboard (green wire to the left), so we can't tell from these pictures. But considering that the installer used the d/a/c flex cable he probably used a shitty dat0 adapter as well.
It is quite possible that the resistors there will have to be adjusted first.
Otherwise it may not start in the OFW/CFW.
And last but not least, I advise against these chips. It is better to use an original RP2040 Tiny or Zero and remove the flex ribbons.
