if the save was played in classic mode you can just use SDF, if it was played on a 6.x+ console you would have to use something like keysav to decrypt the save

look at the mass dumper part, apparently you would only need to do 2 boxes then

But, savedatailer don´t work in classic mode :/

You can dump the rom via the gateway menu then extract the save with the tools in this thread

Can anyone post a savefile with fletchling that has gale wings? Preferably around lvl 5 or 6? I want it for my Alpha Sapphire game.

yeah now that we can use pkhex, there's not really all that much of a need for the community save .....was fun while it lasted though, and i suppose it can be used as a basis for people

It is possible to edit the save files extracted from a rom of ORAS games with PKHex much like the XY saves now (if you extract them from a gateway cart with a built in savedatafiler) still the ORAS version of PKHex ins in beta stage.

Here you can do some search and find out how you can extract decrypred save files with save data filer application.
You will need DevMenu application and savedatafiler application for your 3ds, but it seems they are not legal and people can't provide a link to them on the forums. Still, you can find them to download using google.

Please can someone tell me how to a .sav file for pokemon XY or ORAS ? Is there is tool that edit it them or something like Pkhex/Pokegen? If there is can someone please tell me its name or give me a link for it ? I wanted it for my ORAS and XY rom on gateway 3ds.

And I have one question please... The cardtwo save tool get you a decrypted or encrypted .sav file ?

As far as I know it is encrypted. To have a decrypted save file you need to extract it from the rom with the savedatafiler application.

Yes. Install the devmenu or BigBlueMenu .cia (or run them as .3ds with your gateway), then use either to install savedatafiler.
Load up your Pokemon Y via the multirom menu as you usually would, then run savedatafiler and select extract to SD.

On your computer load up PKHex and navigate to the extracted save on your SD card.

Modify, save, reload savedatafiler, select import to card. Done.

you cany use SDF with retail cards.....maybe if you run the 4.x cfw you might be able to do it, but the GW firmware only allows SDF to run in gateway mode and not classic mode so no dumping/writing retail card saves
