Gaming Pokemon ORAS: Eon Ticket?

Do you consider a homepass relay to be a legitimate way of obtaining an Eon Ticket in Pokemon: ORAS?

I put up a poll!

Anyways I think its legit to use homepass as I am not altering the game in any way and the eon ticket
that I would receive is a legit eon ticket distributed by Nintendo!

But if you don't think that way than all power to you man, it's a free country!
I like that how (As of the time of this writing) we're the only two people who voted.

I don't understand how you think this makes me a hypocrite or how I am cherry picking anything,
but like I said, it's a free country. You can have your own opinion.
What is legitimate and illegitimate isnt an "opinion."

Something either is or isnt legit, end of discussion.

Nintendo's vote is the only one that matters. Not some random kids on the internet.

Until Nintendo says anything about Hompass it is neither legitimate or illegitimate.

I don't get why you're so salty about this, I'm not breaking any law or
stealing from ninty.
Its more about what you said in the very first post of the topic.

You wanted a legitimate way to earn the Eon ticket, if you wanted an alternate method thats fine but dont cherry pick what you consider legitimate and not to suit your needs. Thats not how laws work.

My goodness I didn't know this was a civil matter. What do you think the Magistrate will say about it?

It is legitimate! I am neither altering my game, nor stealing anything from Nintendo. It's like me saying dont use WhatsApp to call
people over seas because its free and you dont pay your wireless provider to use their service instead.

Depends, does he work for Nintendo or carry a C&D order?

It has never once been mentioned let alone approved by Nintendo as a legitimate method to obtaining streetpass.

It has nothing to do with stealing games (which I have no idea why you keep bringing that up) but its simply not legitimate.

Here is the Definition again

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/legitimate

legitimate
play
adjective le·git·i·mate \li-ˈji-tə-mət\

  • : allowed according to rules or laws

  • : real, accepted, or official

  • : fair or reasonable

because there is nothing saying I cant do it by Nintendo

Its a real and accepted way

and its fair and reasonable!

Maybe you should take a closer look.

Your own link says that you can get a ticket by Streetpassing someone. Doesn't say it can only be via Nintendo's own Streetpass relay. Not to mention that all the work of the Streetpass relays (Both Official and Homepass) is done by Nintendo.

It won't be legitimate, however it still should be legal and pass all legality checkers.

Honestly, at all those tournaments, all they really check for is if it's legal or not. Not whether it's legitimate or illegitimate. Since many of my friends have used PKHeX Pokemon I've made, and never have they been disqualified.

Its not a Nintendo Zone Hotspot as approved by here

http://en-americas-support.nintendo.../a_id/277/~/where-are-nintendo-zones-located?

Also if you need a refresher on what legitimate streetpass is

No because ninty made attempts to stop them, they haven't tried to stop homepass. Idk what you want me
to tell you bro.
I want you to keep jumping through hoops to defend an unofficial application and claim its official.

I'm enjoying all the backpeddling thats being done here.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.

He couldn't eat until after his MRI, when he had a bomb pop.
