yep, jpn consoles didn't receive the update
Wait wait. So if I downgrade a Japanese 3DS, get a soft brick, and reinstall firmware in recovery mode, it will go back to 10.3 and I get another shot at it?

Nintendo JPN website doesn't report the 10.4 system update. yellows8 website does, so idk at this pointWait wait. So if I downgrade a Japanese 3DS, get a soft brick, and reinstall firmware in recovery mode, it will go back to 10.3 and I get another shot at it?

Tried to do that again just in case and yes it deleted menuhax on both systemsi deleted menuhax in emunand and themes are working now without loosing coldboot
Are you the only one with this issue? Are other N3DS owners able to use ninjhax with 10.4?
Oothax definitely still works on all systems, so there's that option still.
this seems like you're not picking the right version or model. if you sure you're are, then maybe smea needs to rebuild the payload?
No, other people have it working.
Oh, no; I'm using an O3DS! Sorry; probably should've made that clear... Could that have something to do with the problem I'm having?
Pretty sure I'm choosing the right version and model, but I could be wrong. Maybe I'll have to do some experimentation then...
Good to know. If I'm the only one with this problem, then that must mean I'M,doing something wrong! Now if I could only figure out what...
sounds like you need to unlink your nands, unless you previously installed it on sysnand before downgrading.Exactly. But I can't remove it without removing it from sysnand as well for some reason.
They are unlinked, but I did have it installed before downgrading... What does that have to do with this, and how can I fix it?sounds like you need to unlink your nands, unless you previously installed it on sysnand before downgrading.

YES, but if I delete it in emunand it's deleted from sysnand too. Sane with changing themes, which also deletes menuhax.i installed menuhax with coldboot gw
than i unlinked my nands and started gw emunand (which emunand doesnt matter)
and deleted menuhax from emunand
now my themes are working again
... I changed it with the standard home menu.do you have chmm 2.5 because it dont delete menuhax
I just updated my N3DS to 10.5
Browserhax, ninjhax, and oothax all work for me
Probably won't make a difference, but it certainly wouldn't hurt. Being on 10.4 doesn't have any advantages over 10.5So should I also try updating to the latest version, then, when I get the chance? Might that fix the problem I'm having?
