i think i found the cheapest game:Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins its ok?

so i ad the software&game to the gateway micro sd leaving the sd card empty?it will work on 2.1?cuz the app dont work with launcher.bat.(even with sd card out it gets stuck after i enter go.gateway-3ds.com)
or i just order a 4.x game..?

now the touch screen is turning black with many pixels,different colors...
edit:the app may not work on 2.1 cuz same thing happen with app closed.ill try other phone too.

I suggest you use CIA games for playing online.
If you don't have another SD card you could use a micro SD adapter.

Majora's Mask when it comes out will likely come bundled with a 9.x firmware. Most likely 9.0 or 9.1. Though 9.2 is a possibility. The game is likely too far into production to have any chance of including a 9.3 or greater firmware requirement, so it will likely be safe to use to update to 9.x firmware for Gateway. I might buy this game just to update my 3DS. Dump it, then sell it back to Gamestop. lol I'm an evil pirate...

i have everything,but idk why i get hat error.the cartidge i took header from is original.
i dont use cia for too reasons...
1.i use emunand to stay safe of updates(even by mistake).in normal software the wifi conection is deleted.
2.i dont really knwo how to install dev menu and stuff..dont want to brick or smth.

i got turbo super stunt squad.cheapest i found.im already updated to 4.5 and runing emunand.finally i can enjoy my 3ds DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

You have to be on emunand to use CIAs.
You can use the 3DS version of BBM/devMenu to install it or Big Red Menu.
