Grab Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition while it's free on PC/PS4/360 until June 25th

WB Games has made one of its games free to keep, for a limited time. Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is being given away, not just on PC, but on consoles too. You can grab it on either Steam, or the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 4, or oddly enough, get the base edition of the game for the Xbox 360, which has backwards compatibility with the Xbox One. The Ultimate Edition of the game contains six additional characters compared to the first release, new missions to complete, and more character skins. Injustice is a fighting game with a roster that pulls from a variety of different DC comics, and initially launched back in 2013, and you can claim it for free until June 25th.

I really liked this game, tbf. Injustice 2 was decent, but it was a microtransaction fest.

Added it to Steam and then went to add it to my PS4. Already "owned" it on PS4 because it was evidently a former "Free" PS+ game of the month that I claimed way back in Dec. 2014. LOL!!!

Big emphasis on if atm. It makes you wonder what will happen to the digital versions of these games if these guys get bought out with the guest characters. Will the characters simply be cut from future re-releases/"remasters", or will they simply go full MVC2 and MVC Origins Collection and not re-release the games?

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

    @SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
