MSETWould it technically be possible to use a DS flash card like R4i 3ds as an exploit for the 3ds Homebrew launcher?
It's no more risky CTR transferring to 9.2 than it is 2.1. And it's actually way easier to set up a9lh than menuhax.
A9LH:
1. CTR transfer to 2.1
2. Visit website to install a9lh
Menuhax:
1. CTR transfer to 9.2
2. Change theme
3. Visit website to open browserhax
4. Install menuhax
5. Set up boot manager and edit boot.cfg etc
Didn't you say the console was on 4.x? No downgrading in that circumstance (CTR transfer cannot produce a partial downgrade).I skipped the boot.cfg part all together since i have a separate boot.3dsx for hbmenu (less.3dsx as menuhax payload to luma; boot.3dsx as hbmenu.cia loader)
So... The whole problem downgrading was the partial downgrades that would give you a brick. Since in order to properly downgrade you had to uninstall the title in question before installing the previous version one. Which sysdowngrader does automatically.
This would be as standardized as simply restoring a nand backup to the sysnand, if im understanding correctly? (talking about the plailect guide)

It's installed to NAND so the SD wouldn't run out of space. And there's a .sha to make sure the file isn't corrupted before you start.I did, i was comparing the two methods. Whereas i did not know if 2.1 ctr transfer could give you a partial "downgrade" to 2.1 (maybe if the SD ran out of space, somehow?)
Like so you could copy it from one SD to another? If both systems have 0-key encryption this is possible but don't try it as you can brick and won't have access to the eShop.Has someone ever gotten rid of the decryption of a game or save file in the SD card?

Yep I did Aurora's. The thread is: https://gbatemp.net/threads/a9lh-can-now-boot-without-sd-card.432593/Got it, One last thing. Have you ever installed shadownand/aurora's sd-less able a9lh? I can't find the proper installer even by googling outside of GBAtemp.

You should probably follow Plailect's guide to the letter, THEN follow the section about updating a9lh. You have to be careful because if you do something wrong when updating you can brick. To make myself clear, I should just use these files instead when the plailect guide asks me to use safea9lhinstaller?
Or if you did any other additional steps would you kindly help me through?

Once you have everything set up and you're finished Plailect's guide.I know that, If i do the guide i'm going to do it just like it explicitly tells me to. What i don't know is where, when or how to tackle the new a9lh sdless install. Whether i should do it in 2.1, 9.2, or when i have everything set up in 11.
It has the RAM but emulating it is too difficult even on n3DS.Does an O3DS have the RAM to emulate a N64 game?
