Hello, I'm looking for some sort organiser which can alphabetically organise my 3DS home menu.

The Wii U equivalent to something like this would be here:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/wii-u-menu-sort.455132/

This alphabetically organises the icons both outside and within folders, which becomes very useful when you have many applications and games as time passes which become difficult to organise.

The reason I am looking for something like this is because my menu has become a bit difficult to manage, with my Games folder full, my Virtual Console folder filling and my Homebrew Applications folder getting larger, it begs the question why Nintendo never included a button to alphabetise all of these icons.

If this exists I would be grateful if someone could link it to me, as I have not had any luck finding something like this for the 3DS.

Thank you.

Firstly, why do you have so many titles?
And no, I don't think what you're asking for exists.

I have a large number of games and got fed up with swapping cartridges so I dumped them all and wish to keep them organised in my menu.

However I think it best not to question why people have what they have, it's rather impolite and has no relevance to the original question.

My question remains open for now, hopefully someone else can help me.

Thanks.

WOAH! Don't get offended that easily.
I'm just asking, not insulting.
What you should do is go on
a big playing spree to clear up games
you already completed.

There's supposed to be a thread where you can share your homebrew ideas, and with any luck, they could become reality.

This likely wont exist in the future, due to the lack of 3ds home menu organization edits. Your best bet is to organize it yourself. Also organize is spelt with a Z, believe me you're gonna have to know that for the future.

Hi thanks, I know about this thread but it seems to be over saturated with ridiculous requests which push the legitimate and sensible ones to the back.

Hi thanks for the suggestion, this might be what I end up doing.
Also I do hope you realise that America isn't the only English speaking country in the world, and if you put half a thought into that very rude and very misinformed comment you would realise I'm British, not American.

On the left of this page under my avatar it says I'm from London with the British flag next to it.
American and British English are different, believe me you're going to want to know that for the future.

Thanks for your reply, that's really creative thinking!
It doesn't solve my problem but I could probably give it a try and adapt the idea to work in my favour for now, thank you. :)

untill it does exist for now i guess closest you can do instead of one massive folder for "Games", make folders for genres/types thats about as close you can do for the time being @JoycieC

That would be awesome, Im looking for a simple mod that makes it so there is no limit to how many games can be in a folder, currently I have the entire GBA collection and it takes 5 different folders, very annoying

Interesting, never knew that.

Since we're being informative, it's spelled not spelt in the American English.

You best make damn sure you're beyond reproach yourself when you call someone out for grammar. Perhaps in the future you should stick to horses closer to the ground.
