If using godmode9 to dump Cia is hard then you probably shouldn't be trying to dump cias

Things I would like to see developed:
    1. Maybe a working port of pokemon uranium, and maybe a working port of AMR2 would be nice, because I would love to play it on 3ds xD.
    2. A port of UNDERTALE. (Yes, I know somebody might already be working on it lol.)
    3. A good twitch port for 3ds.
    4. A new update for CIAngel, because it's not getting the latest games despite me updating wings.json
    5. A simpler theme creator for crying out loud!!!!!!

I would tell you... but I'm a privacy freak.
this inst a homebrew app but a exploit,
    NOTE: JUST AN IDEA
    backfliphax for Flipnote Studio 3D
it needs 1 3DS with Custom Firmware installed (to access files)
basically what you do is you make a flipnote with at least 10 frames and a maximum of 20 frames.
set the speed of the flipnote to 6:
now transfer it to a 3DS with CFW (you dont need to do that if the flipnote was made on the CFW'd 3ds)
use something like godmode9 to replace files on the flipnote
then open flipnote and transfer it (or back)
when they run it, homebrew boots up!
I DON'T BELIEVE IT COULD BE REAL, LIKE I SAID, JUST AN IDEA I HAD.

A browser that supports flash/html5, so watching video’s from other sources will be possible. Or if someone can share me a tutorial on making homebrews, i currently only have knowledge on making android custom roms, android app making and ds program’s...

Tbh I'd be very happy with the english SmileBASIC v3.3.2 but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere anymore...

It there something similar available via homebrew? I know about the EasyRPG player too for RPGM2K.

It won't work. Luckily an actual exploit for Flipnote Studio 3D is currently being made, and you don't even need a CFW 3DS for it.

Gtfo, CIAngel works perfectly fine and still has features FreeShop never will, and has access to the entire title key db without needing to wait for cache updates

You thought it was pandavova, but it was me, Dio!
I would love a app that just put 2 Activity Logs together so you have 1 with both data...
If you want to tell me about Cthulhu, its tooooo slow and painful to use. You need to press for every thing one time and can't scroll. I hope someone makes a tool like this...

Well I certainly touched a sensitive spot XD

But these are features that can be added assuming someone isn't lazy and wants to put in the work

Besides, dont you also have to wait for wings.json anyway?

I'm one of the lead devs of CIAngel. Of course you telling people not to use my tool is going to annoy me.

Wings.json is generated by the titlekey database and updated by the app automatically on startup, it's been this way almost since the beginning.

So I have a question on a possible homebrew. For the record, I'm willing to learn 3DS homebrew to develop it myself (though my skills are mostly in Java and web/MVC technologies), but I first want to know if it's possible:

I am thinking of an app to generate and run randomized Pokemon 3DS games.

Essentially, it would be a menu that detects CIA or Cartridge Pokemon games, and after a UI for options could randomize encounter slots/trainer Pokemon/etc and apply the changes as a patch saved on the SD card, with a separate option for running the detected game with any patches currently on the SD (similar to Hans). The patches would be saved under folders named after the TitleID for the game to separate them and to determine if a patch already exists.

The point of this is to manage a randomized and vanilla version of the same game. Obviously, it would not touch the save so you would need JKSM or something similar if you intend to keep the saves separate. The idea is an almost seamless transition, all on the 3DS, between vanilla and randomized versions of games.

Just throwing the idea out to see if it's wanted (besides me) and/or possible before I begin learning and coding.

I REALLY want an button rebinding homebrew, specially if it has profiles for different games, in reality i just want it to bind the face buttons to the cstick and the swap the face buttons and the dpad, that way i can have a dual stick setup without aiming out buttons, i would also bind L and R to ZL and ZR to make it more comfortable

Luma is a CFW loaded by another hack (a9LH/B9S/etc), it's all on the SD card. The closest to a proper "installation" to your 3DS is basically the CTR-Luma which to my knowledge just exists to prevent your 3DS from freezing when booting with no SD card, which both GodMode9 (during initial setup) and Luma Updater (when updating) can install just fine. There's no point to a "Luma Installer" because basically you're asking for B9S Installer, which already exists.

Umm, could somebody make a Nintendo Wfc exploit that allows cable wifi users to connect on 3ds? (*Spectrum, etc.) Like something that allows anyone, (Whether they have ethernet, router, cable, spectrum, etc.) to connect to Nintendo WFC on a different ip server. Realistically, it could work by using the same network that the 3ds uses, and if you were to change the ip address on the 3ds, Nintendo WFC would let you on. So, could this work somehow? It could break ground for all 3ds users.

Fairly certain that's a limitation of the wireless card in the 3DS, and you can change a setting on the router for that. I remember having a similar issue when I first had cable internet, but changing the signal type (I think to n, but don't quote me) solved the issue.
