Can someone please help.
Currently have a O3ds XL on 4.4.0-10E and load gateway through profile exploit.
I then go to classic mode and load the Pokemon Cartridge through there.
Saves work with no issues.
I put the same Pokemon game in my 11.3.0 CFW 3ds XL and i get corrupt save.
How can i install CFW on the 4.4 3ds XL without having the corrupt Pokemon save issue?

The corrupt save problem is due to having a sysNAND below 7.x, since save encryption depends on the sysNAND version not the emuNAND version and it changed in 7.x. If you install CFW according to 3ds.guide you will not have this problem because your sysNAND will be updated (at least in any games that you make a new save for). I'm not sure but Gateway may have fixed the problem in a later version. Try the latest launcher.dat with your Gateway 3DS console. You could also export and import the save to a cia version game, that might resolve the problem too. If you use it in a console below 7.x I think it will work.

Yes that's expected. The save was made on a console with less than 7.x sysNAND so it can only be read by another console with less than 7.x sysNAND. I made some suggestions for you to recover the save above.

Yes. You can install cia games on it.

hello again! how do i get through the "sd card has been removed" problem? i never had this problem up until last week; when loading anything (except system settings and cartridge) fails and it gives me that error. i thought too many plugins through cfw was the problem -and it worked again for a while - but i am still having it as of now.

Think I found my problem it was the SD card the 2ds won't read from it but the SD card from my 3ds works

Check your SD card for errors using H2testw full read & write check (backup your data first).

Hi All,

I'm an uber noob. I have just picked up a New 3DS XL with a firmware of 10.7.0-32e. I just wanted to know if Gateway can be used with 10.7.0-32e or would I have to try and downgrade?

Do you have safehaxpayload.bin in your sd root?

I spelled load wrong ugh now it goes through safehax but says transfer file image not found
