I just tried with Hakchi2 from scratch and after adding a game I still get the flashing red light. Not sure what to try now.
Strange. Try to flash original kernel and custom again.

I just compiled just now. And I still do not have a system file in mods / bin.

Left (cloned project and compil) no system files, Right -> release 2.0.8

It will be system in temporary directory where custom kernel combined.

@Cluster Would it be possible to add a button combination to load a save state for the current running game?
For immediately save - no. For exit to menu - maybe.

Hm, I get an "C6: This suspend point is broken.” at .fds launching (SMB2) but I don't have any save. Any idea why?
Seems like bad ROM.

@Cluster I need help. I dumped the kernel and got MD5 checksum is unknown:

1af411749e4e81d32f36e68c75ed41dd

Is it safe to Continue? Thank you.
Please read FAQ. It has answer when it's safe and when it's not.

@Cluster Okay so I saw the FAQ and well, I did use a older version of Hakchi2 on another pc but didn't dump or add the custom kernel that time. So now I am using the newer version on another pc, and want to know if the problem is because of the other time I'm using it and if its safe. I'm just not so sure on doing it.

anyone knows if now is available to play the HOLY DIVER ??
Yes you can but you need a mapper hacked version. I was able to get splatter house and holy diver to work but need to get the mmc1 mapper patch for holy Diver. And splatter house has a mmc3 mapper hack, I didn't create these just letting you know they are available.

hey @Cluster great job, question if I want to mod an additional NES do I have to dump again or do I just plug in the syteam and add games as I currently did to my other one?

I have 2 of those Nyko Mini Boss controllers. They work good but they do not have a reset or menu button feature. The power button on them only helps turn on and connect them to system. Looking forward to ur button hack for reset. Getting up everytime I wanna play a new game is annoying lol

My NYKO Miniboss can return to the menu and save with the power button, maybe your controls are damaged or defective.

Has anyone come across the Power LED going off ok when first tried and then when tried again it stays on?

EDIT: Re-installed v2.08 just copying across the dump and game folders and it looks like it worked ok now.

This doesn't work.
Same result as @D-Prod 's:

My PC is Win7 64bit Ultimate + .NET Framework 4.5.2.
Original Famicom Mini Cable.

@Cluster
Does this driver have bad support for Win7?
Unfortunately I have nothing but Win7.

I'm assuming you ran this after booting the system in FEL mode. This happened to me once when loading a prior version of hakchi2 on a different computer. I booted the system in FEL mode then ran zadig, and it appeared the driver the was installed. However, I got a popup saying it failed. The LED was lit on the unit so I powered it off and unplugged it. I then opened hakchi2, clicked dump kernel, got the prompt with the system boot instructions and proceeded to boot the system in FEL mode again. It immediately began dumping the kernel, and when it finished I went through the procedure to add a game...it worked without issue. I don't know if this will prove helpful to you, but give it a try. It won't hurt anything.

This didn't work either but I got the driver successfully installed after rebooting my PC.
Of course launching Famicom Mini in FEL mode every time.
Thank you anyway.

Ok Thanks :) i find the files. I replaced in the Mods / * / bin folder

But when flashing games I always have the led flashing, I reflash the original kernel (no problem, led off after flash, on TV = 30 games) but when I flash the custom the led stays on, so I unplug the mini nes and I reconnect Fel Mod , And I flash my games. Led disappear but always come back and blink.
I do not know what to do

Hacked my Famicom Mini successfully.
But I just discovered that the original 30 games's title name cannot be displayed.

Thanks for the response. Let me know if this is the info you need...

Can you archive whole hakchi2 directory and send it to me?

It's not save if you really not flashed custom already. Can you just dump (it's safe) kernel and send "dump\kernel.img" to me?

You can find answer in FAQ. It's safe to do everything on another copy of hakchi2. And it's 99% safe to flash custom kernel and sync games in the same copy of application.

is there any way to patch pin-bot to work , thanks in advance.
Seems like there is no way to patch it :(

Do you disabled driver signature verification? Try to do it first.

Seems like font problem. Disable extra font in settings.
