I'm having issue with this too, although it might be for different reasons.

I think your issue is that your folder for the game is "0004000000179600", that's Conquests Game ID, this is for Special Edition, so the Game ID (name of your folder) should be "0004000000179800".

I have NTR cia installed onto my EmuNAND 11.0 with CFW RxTools, I'm using an OLD3DS so I'm using NTR 3.2 download which appears as 3.3 X+Y menu (all NTR downloads after this version are for N3DS only.) My setup is E:\plugins\0004000000179800\cheat.plg

NTR boots up just fine, I load my USA FEFates SE cia but do not get a green screen... In the game X+Y doesn't show my plugins folder. What could be going wrong? Am I missing files on my SD to properly use this cheat.plg file?

Edit: NVM I realized when typing this that my folder was titled "plugins" and my .plg was "Cheat.plg", changed it to plugin and cheat.plg and it's working now!

I don't have the Special Edition cartridge, I have a Conquest cartridge with the Gay Fates Hack. However, if you're looking to use the codes like unlocking all skills on characters, max stats, all buildings etc you could download the Special Edition cia and use the codes on your save file? The changes you make in the Special Edition will carry over to your Conquest cartridge.

Oh, and according to this page, it says this plugin works on EU fates as well. Through my testing, it'll green flash the screen at loading the game, but the menu itself doesn't appear on the NTR menu. (I've tested this on my US Fates, and it ran just fine, so I know I'm setting it up right. The green flash when loading the EU version also shows that I have the right title ID in place.) Any ideas on an EU plugin?

Okay I have almost no idea how to use any of this software, but with the promise of these cheats being able to save off literal weeks of grinding, I would dearly love to him them. The problem is that I have ZERO understanding or knowledge of how I'm suppose to be able to use this cheat. I do have the USA special edition of the game but other than that, I have no idea where I'm even suppose to begin to use these cheats. If anyone is willing to take the time to break it down step by step and explain it to me, I would be immensely grateful. Hell I would even be willing to pay someone since I just have to have this!

What firmware version do you have?

However, that's extremely difficult, I'm astounded I didn't break my o3ds when trying to fix the CHARGER port, I do not have steady hands

I give up lol. Thanks so much for the info, but if I do decide to do that, I'm going to need to head to my hobby lobby and electronic store to pick up everything, so I might be back next week with downgraded software if not I guess I'll give up on the op fire emblem dream.

I've been doing some research and from what I have found, if ninjHax comes out with a QR code for the 11.0.0 update, then I might be in business to downgrade my 3ds without getting out my soldering iron?

Mmm, it might be more beneficial to you to purchase a second hand 3DS with a usable firmware, or brand new 2DS. If you're living in the USA you should be able to purchase a brand new 2DS (not in a bundle) for $79? I did some research a week ago when I was considering this, only to find that Canada only sells the 2DS with the Mario Cart bundle for $120. If what I've read is correct, the single 2Ds should come with a super low firmware, like 6.0? Which you could then use your Fire Emblem Fates cartridge to do the mandatory update to 10.3 and downgrade to 9.2 from there after getting Homebrew installed for free.

This is really unrelated to all the hardmod talk going on, but I just want to say a quick thanks to @Dylan the Tactician for rehosting that doc we made.
In all truth I made it because I was sick of getting shadowbanned but I hope if it's getting reuploaded that means it's useful.

Also @Lightimus , at this time even with Cubic Ninja you can't downgrade. Cubic Ninja does allow homebrew access, but downgrades got patched out on the 11 update.
