I just got a Zune and I cannot install the software because Windows XP SP2 is required. I'm not trying to install SP2 because my hp pavilion a530n gets messed up every time SP2 is installed (reboots over and over again.) Anyways, is there an alternative software to sync a Zune for SP1?

    Nope.
    Also, have you tried:
    • SP3?
    • SP2 from a slipstreamed installer?
    • Googling for a solution for that model? (I know mine had to have a BIOS tweak to run XP)

I'm surprised there's no rockbox for zune. I would have thought someone would have already made that happen. Oh well, good luck.
