what are the specs? does it play mkv?
and how does it integrate with 360? i mean what can u do?

well here are some specs from the official site:
-Multi-touch
-3.3-inch screen, 16:9 OLED display
-480x272 resolution.
-Radio
-Stream songs over WiFi
-WiFi Web browser
-Accelerometer
-Qwerty keypad

Now we can see that it might be an actual ipod touch competitor. I might be looking forward to this, because there is a big crack in my ipod touch :\

It says 4GB/8GB/16GB/32GB memory, but i'm not sure about that yet.

It is all about the app-store. If they can pull of something similar to it this could be a very good competitor. But it`s still the same "me-too-strategy" M$ is doing for years... Not that they aren`t successful with it

I can say, that I`m happy with my iPhone but competition is always a good thing

the only reason why zune fails is that it is only available in the states and does not support asian characters unless it is hacked.
But there have been articles stating that microsoft might release their zunes internationally, which may lead to supporting asian characters...

PSP's screen is 4.3 inches, not 3.3.

It might have a third party making apps or something of the sort, but nobody knows at the moment.

Oh my fault. The PSP has a 480 x 272 resolution, not screen. But we'll see soon enough..
