I've got a Cyclods Microsd Card with a 2gb japanese kingston.

How the heck do I run the following games onto my NDSL? I've tried several times with different combinations of properties but nothing happened.

1. Zelda Phantom Hourglass

2. Diddy Kong Racing

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Well its my understanding that theres the Cyclods Evo and thats for NDS roms and such and then theres the Cyclo Micro Mini (what you have according to your post) will not play NDS games.

Check the pics at http://mod-chip.com/index-cart-us.php?go=e...ct_nintendo.htm and see if they match up to what you have. If not then you bought the wrong item to play NDS games.

I suppose you'll have to install the patcher and patch your games through that patcher before transferring them onto your memory card

thats what i do but nothing happens. when i patch them the patched rom is 0KB!!!

I also tried with Supercard's patcher which resulted with the same 0KB output file.

ok I'll try to say it again. Thats a slot 2 devce. You can not play NDS games on a slot 2 device with out a way to bypass the information to load the NDS games. An example of this is a PassMe device. Also all the games have to be patched before you put them on the card. Make sure you have the most up to date patcher located here http://www.cyclopsds.com/cgi-bin/cyclods/e...pl?page=support

I suggested to get the cycloDS Evo because you do NOT have to patch, and its ment for NDS roms. As I said before, the microDS unit is mainly ment for GBA games and homebrew apps.

I've got the latest patcher from Cyclods.
I 've also got a passcard of course.

My NDSL plays all the NDSLite games apart from these two (among these I've tried).

I'm still after a way of getting it playing these two games.

I might know why, because the MicroSD version no longer gets updated. Zelda is a new game and just like every other new game, the firmware of your slot 2 needs to be updated so it can use the new game. Again, go get the CycloDS Evo lol

hmmm try to update the firmware with the newist firmware from Supercard firmware and let me know if it works or not

i think i'll sell the microds and get a R4 due to its low price. don't know yet for sure. for the time being i'll try to update the firmware. i figured out that maybe this is the cause. do you think it is a risk?

which firmware ver should i go for?

Sell the microds and get an R4...Improper grammar!

Corrected sentence: Sell Microsd and get a CycloDS Evolution.
