One thing i really need to know. i accidentally used my complimentary card from the ship shop guy. Is it possible to recover it /_\

i want my inventory perfect at the end of zelda!

otherwise i will need to hack the gamesav or something, or hope someone else can!

how many Gorgons do we have to talk to in total? coz chief says that i havent talked to all. ive talked to 12 not including the ppl in the chief tent

ok i found out that there were 14 in total (including chief and his son) ive talked to them all and gone bak to chief and still says im an outsider

I went from the top down the left hand side then accross the bottom (fully) then half way up the right hand side and then across the middle down to the bottom line then back up to the right hand side (where id got to half way before then back to the top

If that made any sense then do it and its worked every time for me !

I'm stuck on Goron Island, where Im on the first basement of the Goron Temple.
I'm playing with Gongoron, and I need to beat those monsters that look like stones with his rolling move.
But I cant!
I'm totally stuck!

Tap on them, his should do a kind of hopping attack. If that doesn't work, build up some speed first.

You need to kill the electric Chu things for one of the Goron

i killed the things without talking to him i think... theres 3 electric Chus rite.

The 2 times i played that part he was the last Goron i spoke to and nothing was said then killed the 3 chu's and navi said that we had spoken to everyone !

So doesnt happen till after you kill them ? and have sopken to all the Goron

I've figured out the wood hearth thing.
Before you can give it to anyone (and it doesn't go to a Goron btw), you have to finish the mermaid side-quest.

If you haven't gotten the wooden heart yet:
On the NE map, there's a traveler's boat in the SE corner. Board it and defeat the monsters to receive the hero's clothes from the traveler.
Trade the hero's clothes for a kaleidescope with the guard "hero" on the NW map.
Trade the kaleidescope for the guard handbook with the treasure hunter on the traveler's boat on the SE map (he's the one missing a telescope/kaleidescope).
Finally, trade the handbook for the wood heart with the guard, Nayve, on the SW map.

To do the mermaid side-quest:
Go to Bannan Island (NW map) to the Old Wayfarer with the kiddie pool in his house. After you've talked to him once, go outside and kill all the monsters on that side of the island. Then a "mermaid" will appear in the water. If you get to close, she dives and resurfaces in another spot. So from a distance, hit her with your boomerang. After this, she says something about finding an older wayfarer.
I got lost at this part, so I'm not sure of the exact steps, but after looking around a bit, she appeared in the wayfarers house in the kiddie pool (not immediately though). So talk to her and the wayfarer a few times. If you have the letter from Joleene(sp?) you can give it to the mermaid. To receive a spirit stone.
After talking to them a bit, you can find a new traveler's boat on the SE map. Board it and give the wayfarer your wooden heart. He won't give you anything right away, so leave and on your way out he'll tell you to go back to his house and collect the chest.
The chest contains a fishing rod. The wayfarer at the house will explain how to use it.

How do you beat the Ice Temple tightrope timed challenge there...

The one where you have to pull the statues tongue WAY out and try to make it back to the northern door in time!!!

Its one of the toughest things i have done yet in this Zelda game!!!

I dont know how anyone could do it in the time they give you...

AS it would be extremely difficult for people to do this without excellent control of the DS!!!

For someone new to the DS this would be a pain in the you know what, LOL...

plus I have played very few games on the DS i have...

i wish Nintendo gave you analog control for this all the ropes you have to make for this are on a angle, and its sometimes difficult to get on those posts, and also its difficult keep link from falling down any tight areas....

Even if i dont fall i usually end up running out of time!!!

any ideas other than being quick... Like its there any pointers that might help me!!!

Yes i am using a stylus to do this but still its hard for me!!!

You don't night to create tightropes to get across, just grapple the posts on the other side and you'll get pulled over.

LOL, my walk through (Prima Guide) said tightrope course, LOL it MISLEAD ME!!!

So goofy me tried stringing ropes in between the posts...

I found out LOL its 1000 of times faster to grapple them as you were saying!!!

I made it through the northern door with TIME to spare without stringing ropes!!!

So whatever anyone does DONT string ropes as you will never make it!!!

Just a good suggestion for ones who may get stuck using Prima guide!!

If you are using a flash cart with AR support or have an AR, just turn on the moon jump code and jump to the little island, then go back through the pyramid to exit.
