Gaming Zelda: OoT 3D help!

I started a new game after I somewhat got bored after I finished the game.
After the intro scenes, I just pressed the B button just for the fun of it.
I drew my sword even though I didn't find it yet.

I'm scared on what happened... is it a glitch? Is it a reward for not beating the game then starting a new one?

Is there anything wrong with my cart?

EDIT1: The sonic line like thing when you slash the sword looks like the Master Sword's range.

if you saved while on your horse then whatever is on b last time you played will be in the new save file if you make a new one

its a well known glitch, kinda funny

just delete it if it bothers you that much

it acts like a broken giants knife

you cant go forward in the game like this, you have to get the kokiri sword, unless you do a navi dive(or whatever they call it) on the zora's domain shortcut

you cant do anything else besides that , unless you're on MQ(you need bombchus to continue)

There's actually a very contrived way to get Link to hold the megaton hammer on B, and when you quit whilst riding a horse and start a new game, you'll start with the megaton hammer on B!
