Well I am done with OOT 3D.So I thought lets give try to make some challenges!

Here are some ideas.

QUOTE said:
1. Play the game while holding your 3DS upside down. Ghehehe a Topsy Turvy's Life gave me this idea.

2. Use glitches to skip the first 2 dungeon bosses and clear the rest of the game without bombs etc. I don't know if it is possible to do so.(Not 100% sure)

1. Get Megaton Hammer as young link on new save
2. go to lost woods break stones go to Gorons etc. etc.

3. 3 Hearts challenge! No grabbing Heart Containers! Clear the game with only 3 hearts easy isn't it?

Share your ideas! I would like to challenge myself even more!

- 3 heart Master Quest run
- Beat the game in one sitting, or in a certain amount of time (I'm gonna do this one after I beat Master Quest...I still have to beat the first quest first. XD)
- Do both of those combined. Lol

You could always make up your own little mini-games within the game. I used to do it in Twilight Princess. Like, kill so many enemies in Hyrule Field within a certain amount of time, or, catch so many fish ASAP, etc.

3 heart master quest run
no bottling of faeries , its ok to get ones from break bottles on ground
no magic cept for a few instances where you need to use din's fire
no defense upgrade at the end of the game
if you die, you have to delete save and start over

Challenge:

Turn 3D up to max, tilt the 3DS to the right or left a little (just enough to make a double image appear). Try doing the 3 heart challenge like that.

From the Uber Challenge Guide at Gamefaqs:

-3 hearts, no Heart Pieces whatsoever
-Buy Giant's Knife and break it ASAP, and use that at all times (except in the Graveyard and while fighting Ganon)
-All Medallions
-1 Bottle
-No deaths (death counter at file select must say 000)
-No Iron Boots
-No capacity upgrades
-No Great Fairy gifts except Magic Meter and Din's Fire
-No Gold Skulltula family gifts from 20 or more Gold Skulltulas (so only from 10)
-No Goron Bracelet
-No Fire Arrows
-No Lens of Truth
-No Longshot
-No Silver Scale
-No Zora Tunic
-No Gerudo's Card
-No Maps or Compasses
-No Biggoron's Sword
-Cannot use Action Replay, Gameshark, etc.
-Cannot use Crooked Cartridge (touching your game cartridge while playing)
-Cannot use Din's Fire outside the central room of the Water Temple
-Cannot use Megaton Hammer to attack enemies (exception of stunning Volvagia)
-Cannot use Megaton Hammer outside the Fire Temple
-Cannot use Deku Sticks to attack enemies
-Cannot use power crouch stab
-Cannot use bottle except to show Ruto's Letter to King Zora
-Cannot learn any songs except Song of Time, Zelda's Lullaby, and Minuet of Forest
-Must have Shadow Medallion before entering Forest Temple
-Must fight Dark Link

Shield Restrictions:
You must burn your Deku Shield ASAP. You may not equip another one. You may not obtain a Hylian Shield as a child, but you may obtain a Hylian Shield as an adult. You may only use a Hylian Shield in the Graveyard. Aside from that, while you have a shield equipped, use it as little as possible and destroy it quickly. After completing the Spirit Temple, equip a Hylian Shield and let a Like Like eat it so you can continue without a shield.

I already feel anger and frustration just by looking at that list. Especially the last part.

That uber challenge is only possible through some (well, many) glitches that likely no longer exist on the 3DS version.

I don't have Ocarina of Time 3D, but here are the different challenges I plan to impose on myself when I play Ocarina of Time on my friend's Wii sometimes, once I finish the game. I'm sure some of these aren't possible, even with glitches, but I'll try anyway. I'm sure they work in the 3DS version, if they work in the Virtual Console version.

All are three-heart runs unless noted!!!
ALL ARE NOT IN THE SAME RUN.

1. No deaths.
2. No Kokiri Sword.
3. No shield.
4. No Master Sword usage.
5. No sword or shield usage.
6. Skip all child dungeons.
7. Skip all adult dungeons.
8. Skip all dungeons.
9. Defeat Ganon as Swordless Link.
10. Get no boss keys.
11. Never get Zelda's Lullaby.
12. Never get Song of Storms.
13. Never go to Goron City.
14. Do not use the warps in the boss room after defeating the boss.
15. Do not use warp songs (except Nocturne of Shadow).
16. Do not use anything that can be called a warp (Except Nocturne of Shadow).
17. (3 HEART RUN UNTIL A CERTAIN POINT) Get no Skultullas, defeat Ganon, then 100% the game.
18. (NOT A 3 HEART RUN) Print out maps of everything in the game, write down on them what has been done in the map and where all the secrets and/or dungeon items are, 100% game.
19. Beat the Water Temple without the Blue Tunic.
20. Beat the Fire Temple without the Red Tunic.

I have you you probably have not heard yet. Just TWO SIMPLE THINGS --

*Play with ONLY your less dominate hand.
*Beat the game in under 2 hours.

Good luck!

FYI: It IS INDEED possible to beat the game in under two hours. By "beat the game" I mean kill Ganon and see the ending.
