Misc Zelda MM question

I have download Zelda MM(EU) version and I want to delete it for to download US version and when I delete it would I lose save files as well?

I think you will lose your save, yes, but I can't recall for sure. back it up with checkpoint just in case.

if you ever want to restore the save, just make a new save in the game, then restore it in checkpoint. it may have exdata as well, so press x to see if the game is listed there too. I'm assuming you can have two of the same game as long as their different regions. not sure if you'll be able to tell the difference based on the banner or icon or even text, but they will have separate title ids.
