Hacking Zelda BOTW Saves Questions

I have some questions about saves in Zelda BOTW. Right now, I have a save that is near complete, but wanted to start a new save for use with game Trainer. Can I have multiple saves going? Also, how do I delete individual saves if possible? Thoughts and help appreciated

You can't create multiple saves, you have to create a new wii u account for a new save

I do have 2 users on my Wii U; will that work? Also, would both users have access to the same stuff (games, haxchi, hbl, etc.)?
