Version 1.2.0

  • Various fixes to improve the gameplay experience
  • Players will be able to experience the game in one of nine audio languages [Japanese, English, French (France), French (Canada), German, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), Italian and Russian], with a different language used for on-screen text by downloading a free software update. To enable this feature in the Wii U version of the game, players will need to download a Voice Pack from Nintendo eShop.
This patch is available for both Switch and Wii U players.

I'm getting the switch on saturday
the idea of playing zelda in french made me sad
but now i'm even more hyped :D
That will make all weebs happy for sure :D

There, the "undub" is here for all now hahaha

What a weird option, but I will let the horrible English dub go to hell as soon.
The text can stay English, but the audio in Japanese, any Spanish, etc...
I think all the dubs are better than the English one. (but the names of some NPC change and it confuses me)

this is actually really nice, the english voice acting is pretty bad. its a shame i played through most of the game already before this came out.

I think it will make any person that cares for their ears happy.
I will just set the audio language to Spanish TBH, anything but that nasty English Zelda VA.
I played in English and it seemed, uh, alright to me.

But hey we can't please everyone, right? :P

Voice option is not fully function in Switch hardware version. Ability(jumping, special shield, etc) voicing is become "silent" and become able to hear pnly when play in console language... Sorry I think people will understanding this.

Oh movie collection voicing is function correct.

So you really want to hear the spanish (latin america) dub saying "irule" instead of "jairul"? Ew. The dub is nice, but that's the only disgusting thing about it, maybe because i'm just too used to hear hyrule as "jairul".
