Yeah a couple of download sources for the .tik file on that iso site. I can't find any definitive answer on the update situation other than it could be a possible issue with U.S consoles not being EUR 5.5.1e.

It appears that an update IS needed, however it is a game update not FW. It can also be found on that iso site, around page 22.

You install both with Wupinstaller but you will need haxchi or mocha or the update won't install
