YUZU discord rumors?

Could anyone confirm or deny the following claim?
I’ve heard that YUZU, beyond banning people for mentioning NSP dumps, allegedly shared these files among staff and was even responsible for dumping and distributing them initially. It’s suggested that YUZU was essentially a piracy group with a development arm.

All rumors should be taken with a pinch of salt.

BTW, why would you even care about Yuzu after this? The settlement is already done, Nintendo got the money and the developers of Yuzu got permanently banned from working on anything Yuzu-related ever again. It can't come back unless Nintendo changes its mind, and it won't.
