mine changes. I used to be a zany silly billy boo but I was also mostly on efnet and when some of the people in there got older, they got cranky and some became downright mean so I left.

So now I'm mainly an online gamer and that is where I can be zany and goofy at again. I don't miss the old irc/efnet days a slight bit but things were better a long time ago. Actually staying off of gbatemp irc is a good bet as well although things have calmed down there.

Some people in either network power trip a lot and you can't figure out if they are serious or not. Irc is just a big video game to me full of a bunch of grumpy overgrown kids.

I'm trying to get back into all this computer stuff but I've been doing it so long that realistically I don't really know if I want an internet personality any more lol. There's not much to gain on this 'internet' any more and all I want it for is leisure and then go out and do something else.

Girlfriend would help but unfortunately I live in California so that isn't going to happen.

I never participated on the first sessions, I was afraid of questions I couldn't understand (when reading past KYT, people use slang which I don't know).
but last year I decided to try it anyway, but I didn't have a lot of (personal) questions, people don't know me and might not want to.

It was usually just copy-pasted questions from other user's KYT. It's so impersonal.
I'm not even sure the user asking the questions comes back to read the answers.

But if users want to know me, why not, or just PM me.

I'm the same sarcastic a-hole IRL as I am here and I'm just as nice a guy, if not more so, to the people who genuinely have something to say (read: have real issues/circumstances, good or bad).

I don't like associating with others IRL; I'm more open with myself on the Internet.

It's not like I don't have friends, it's just that I don't talk much unless I have something to talk about.

Not at all.

In 'real life' I'm a quiet miserable git that gives the distinct impression to anyone nearby that if you dare talk to me I WILL kill you... even my co-workers keep at a good distance.

On the internets no one knows who I am am so I usually stay nice happy person... even if it is a lie it makes for a better online experience to pretend i'm someone else, and unlike real life I can disappear by simply clicking log out

There's a log out button named 'XtaZ' and busy button named 'Vodka'

I am 90% the same, but I am a little braver online than in real life
this and in the internetz i'm more cheerful and agitated, IRL i'm a very calm person, some people who don't know me thing i'm antisocial but that's not true

I did see this thread last month but never commented.

I'm fairly similar. I'm sometimes reserved, sometimes talkative, a very clever madman, and I carry around a sonic screwdriver wherever I go.
And when I was younger I wore bow ties and braces. I should probably try that again.
