Furhter impressions after playing this game more... It's honestly been the only game I've touched since it came out, So frusterating sometimes, I have about 9 levels left.

And GREAT shortcut vid for level 29, thanks! Got it my first try with the shortcut after spending a lot of time trying to do it the "right" way

AFAIK, Atari Bonus Pack can be unlocked only by a cheat you mentioned later. Animation 5 and music 2 will be unlocked eventually, I think. I got through the main 45 episodes and I unlocked everything.

Overall I really like this game. However, there are a few niggling concerns:

1. Occasionally when i screw up a level, i decide to press X to kill myself then restart. However, I usually end up running into a mine or something just before pressing X, so I propmptly get dumped back into the main menu with no confirmation, and have to redo that episode from scratch. This can get really annoying...
2. Each time I start up the game, the options are reset to their defaults. This means each time I have to go turn music on, turn blood on (not that there is any anyway), and choose my ninja colour. Strange...

Overall it's still a really good pick-up-and-play game, probably going to keep me entertained for a few more months.

I'm pretty sure their is a small amount of blood if your using the plus graphics. But since i use pure i dont see the blood anyway.

played it for about an hour and still can't grasp how this could be a commercially made game, I've played better free online flash games, this is just a poor excuse for a game tbh

Anyone have experience with the PSP version of N+? I wonder what the differences are... (I imagine a much nicer presentation of menus and hopefully better music...?)

i'm playing the psp version, i can't be bothered with the ds version, i can't compare both games as i haven't played the ds version.

Can someone tell me the difference between 'plus' and 'pure' modes?

EDIT: Nvm, I figured it out.
