It's kinda annoying, since previously he was repeating the same message over and over again (ex. "Make a HG patch NA0!"), and calling me names (technically flaming, he called me "YayCrap" for not listening to him). He was also flaming me for supporting PaperMagician (He is not fake BTW).

And last night I finished the Pokemon League, and it froze just before the credits on XXLANCEXX's AP patch

So I switched to your M3 Patch Yaymii

Yeah, I'd say just get the TM/HM freeze fixed then leave it. Its had a hell of a run, but enough is translated to keep us going til the official release

Hi just wanted to say that ive been following this patch for a while and fully support the Engrish patch. I dont have it yet because im never on when i can get to your opera unite thing, and also because of the fact that your pbworks page doesnt have it... anyways good job, YayMii, XXLANCEXX, and Steveice!! BTW, Fantum, where have you been all this time? Nobody uses the version on Opera Unite (I don't really update it either).

Also, keep in mind that when the US version comes out, saves will be interchangeable (such as a JP SS save on US HG for example).

There are a key few differences. I'm pretty sure the save from heartgold will not work for soulsilver though...

Well, I'm not sure how a .sav file works, but say you had:

SoulSilver: Lugia (level 50)

then moved the .sav to a HeartGold ROM, could it end up as:

HeartGold: Ho-Oh (level 50) ?

Sorry about that. I haven't seen anything about that in any of the posts. Either way, I am about to apply your patch right now. Once again, thank you for the patch. I'm only typing "correctly" because that is just how i do informational stuff. If i am just commenting, it will be something like "thx 4 all the work, its rly great" because i am a big typer.

What is everyone's opinion on me making a lulz patch for the English version of Pokémon HG/SS when it comes out?

As I understand it, YayMii is asking if people want him to do what is essentially a video game version of a gag dub; replacing most, if not all, the game's script with more comedic fare, which may or may not have anything to do with the text that was originally there.

I say go for it, as long as you plan to use genuine humor as opposed to toilet humor or excessive profanity. I can't tell you how many hacks have fallen flat for me due to the fact that the hacker confused cluster F bombs with actual wit.

Tbh, I'm curious about how close you were to the actual English game Yaymii. If you go some of it bang-on then you get +1000 man points my friend

As for the lulz version, I say yeah go for it

For the description of a Pokeball, it could be: "In Soviet Russia, Pokemon catch you!" or something

Replacing all Pokémon with trainers, replacing all trainers with Pokémon, and a different story.
