ROM Hack YayMii's HG/SS Translation!

unfortunately I have the same problem with touchpod

Hmmm, I have no idea why other people are having a problem.

I'll just specify exactly what I'm running, see if anyone has the same stuff, but can't play it;

- Original DS/DS Fat (I know this has nothing to do with it, but I though I'd mention it)
- M3 DS Real
- v4.7b M59 Firmware (link)
- Clean 'Pokemon SoulSilver' ROM, the Xenophobia dump (Google it.)
- The clean ROM patched with XXLANCEXX's AP Patch (link)
- The patch ROM being unpacked using 'dslazy' (link) and replacing the ARM7 file with Maginus's fixed one for M3 users (link), then repacked.


Oh, and as an extra question, anyone else running this on the M3, do you have an .OPT file along with .nds and .sav?

I was running touchpod 4.7f and sakura 1.45 5th edition, the same clean rom as yours patched with M3 patch.
So I tried your patching method and now I can enter the pokegear, but instead I have random freezes. However it's possible that I did some mistake while patching the rom...

p.s.: I have the .OPT file too, I think in that file there is a link to the cheat file

So I tried your patching method and now I can enter the pokegear, but instead I have random freezes. However it's possible that I did some mistake while patching the rom...

I was wondering what is was for, I was thinking possibly that could be causing some freezing? And yeah, I occasionally get random freezing too, but at least the pokegear works

Would it be possible, once the english ROM comes out, to swap the script to the JAP ROM so those of us who have gotten pretty far in the jap game (I've all 16 badges) don't have to start over in the english game

No need, just rename the sav file to mach the name of a (U) dump and it will load your old japanese game.

Well, all I need is the location of the line where it says "You got the HM Waterfall!". Then I can fix at least one bug.

@Stevetry, I just noticed you said my patch was at a "lesser level than others", that is NOT true.
If you look at XXLANCEXX's patch, you can see that it's 100% completed.
And what I mean by 'lulz' are idiotic grammar and the random swear thrown in (such as "Kotone Masturbation!")
