YATA+ error

things I've tried doing so far is using a different audio converter to convert the mp3 to wav, using a different audio codec & redownloading YATA+
and so far i just constantly get the same error no matter what i do, i just had it working before but the filesize was 1 mb too large for the theme so I'm trying to redo it with it being trimmed down slightly.
