Can someone please do me a quick test? I no longer have my old mk5, so if someone with an xmenu.dat based card could replace their xmenu.dat with the following version and place a .nds file called "0434 - New Super Mario Bros. (U).nds" (it doesn't actually need to be mario bros, anything named the same should work) in the root of your card
Remember to keep a backup of your xmenu.dat as this is only a one time test and not meant to replace xmenu permanently.

    xmenu.rar

so you should have in the root of your card -

    xmenu.dat
    0434 - New Super Mario Bros. (U).nds
[plus any other files that were there before]

Then just reply to this thread and tell me if that game starts automatically or not.

    Thanks.

I'm fairly sure its the menu file for N-Card and clones. Like R4 has something like _R4_MENU.DAT or something like that, this is the equivalent for N-Card and clones AFAIK
