Hacking Xenoblade Chronicles and GW Help Requested

I recently purchased retail Xenoblade Chronicles and am trying to get it to load through Gateway. Both my SysNAND and EmuNAND are at 9.0.0-20U. When I did the Zelda OOT exploit and tried to boot into GW classic mode, it said to insert GW card. How can I play XC retail cart through GW? Can someone walk me through all of this? Help GREATLY appreciated

Er, take the OOT cartridge out and put your Red Gateway Card in, then to play the retail cart, press right to select Gateway Classic Mode and then push A.

Can XC be dumped with GW? If yes, what size is it? Also, if dump can be done, can I transfer the save I have on retail cart to the GW rom?

GW can dump XBC just fine; the rom is 4GB before trimming and 3.55GB after. Trimming works fine.

As far as I know, converting a retail save from 6.x+ games to something GW can read is either very difficult if not impossible, because of the encryption.

If your on a n3ds you can use NTR cfw to extract ind inject 6.x saves

I don't think I can use NTR cfw because I don't have CN game.
