Does this mean the data is finally decryptable or does it just leave it encrypted like the currently available .cia?

My new3DS decrytion takes using Decrypt9 0,3MB/s (Sandisk CL10), how fast is it for you?

40min > 30% calculated with pad nr4 (3756 MB) > 0,47 MB/s

Whats your microSD's brand you are using for internal memory?

My pad size is 3492 MB (it's the japanese version, I want to extract the voices).
I'm using a class 10 microSD, it's a 32GB Emtec one.

It's a known fact. The real reason is mysterious.
My O3DS (before the SD card reader broke) was decrypting way faster too.

Forgive me for being terribly noobish here, but how do I compile a .3dsx that I can boot with CN/N3DS? I don't think the launcher.dat will do me any good unless that's been changed

Normally next to the Launcher.dat you have a .bin file.
Rename it to payload.bin
Then, download the arm9 branch of bootstrap here.
Go into the data folder, and replace the payload.bin with yours.
Finally, compile bootstrap.

Fun facts from the RomFS :
mcx: Built on Dec 31 2014 at 17:38:01 by dave_b. MCX_DATA_VERSION=6
convert_all_dvd_data: Built data for JP on Tue Jan 6 2015 13:30:02
So game was finished "on Tue Jan 6 2015 13:30:02".
It's late here in France so I will sleep.
Tomorrow I will generate the xorpads for the EUR version an try to make an undub.
