Gaming XCI signatures and firmware patching ...

Just wondering as I haven't really played with this side of things,
when a game is backed up as an XCI then patched to work with lower firmware,
will it break any signatures or would it install just fine ?

I know that XCI converted to NSP quite often break signatures,
and I believe XCI must have signatures as well that an installer checks ?

I guess I've answered my own question, any XCI modification will alter signature so that includes lowering the firmware required ...

You can't backport switch games to work on lower firmware you have to play them on the latest SXOS firmware which is 11.0.1 any game above that will not work
