XCI games not working

I had my new modded switch running as normal for a couple of days, then I installed a new theme that leaded to an atmosphere error when I reboot to apply changes.
Since then, some of my old games that were working just fine doesn´t seem to work anymore, I noticed this only happens with XCI games.
It shows a blank loading icon in the HOME menu and a "could not start the software" message pops in
I don´t know what to do, could someone help me?

Sounds like you might have deleted your sig patches by mistake when removing your theme
