This is a great program, thanks!

I'm trying to figure out what I'm looking for exactly.
What needs to match, file title ID?

I was looking on tinfoil and all my XCI backups I created match title id, master key and SDK but looking through the partition I can't find any of the content meta Nacid's but maybe I'm looking for the wrong things.

Some of the NSZ's have a newer SDK and no partition information but I assume that's because of the NSP to NSZ conversion?

All pictures, titleid's, master keys and info seem to match on every filetype.

I really want to learn how to work with this the right, way so I can find corruption in my backups and avoid screwing up.
Hope someone can explain please

Oh no. I wish it is for macOS also. I am looking for XCI split for over 4gb size on SD Card. I cannot find one.

Mods removed it due to having the ability to download keys - so it's not public, I'm just letting you know that you'll need to update hactool as well if you use xci explorer, if you want those keys to show up.

Cool tool but trim ? I never like trim. I prefer original and untouched only. A collection, I guess.

I've added a gui for converting XCI to NSP this app, using the 4xnci app...now I just need to find a small app to convert NSP to XCI (not using NSCB). Also I added lots of other stuff - mods won't let me post though as it contains the ability to download keys....

I'm still adding stuff dude, just finished adding an xci + nsp splitter + gui for renxpack (for lowering game key requirements) + cleaning up some logic stuff. Also modded code so it shows game update versions + some other stuff. Still got a few more things to add - then I'll release.

A good management tools for our XCI files.
its not perfect, but it does the job needed, extracting certs., injecting them, trimming the ROMs, splitting them, and so on.

THIS TOOL CUTS FASTER THAN XCI-CUTTER
You will need to find your own keys

Are you going to allow xci install to Nintendo Switch without trim it ?

There was a batch file called NSP_2_XCI, used nut, hactool, and hacbuild to convert nsp's
it stopped working though with stuff started using masterkey10, even with the news keys and hacktool in the file it just wouldnt do it

xci explorer 1.5.0 will not read golf with your friends update 2.
i thought maybe the dump was bad and it would not install on a 9.x switch but then i got confirmation that it installed on 10.x switch.
when this happens it usually means either a bad dump or file requires newer firmware than xci explorer supports.
thing is i have been told that keys have not been updated past 0a which is the last one so maybe this is not the case.
any help with this would be great because if it is not a bad dump then we might see a lot of new games and updates not being read by xci explorer.

Also, I'll release a new version soon - I've added sqlite database features now so you can put all your switch links, but I plan on adding a game part as well so that when you load a game, you can save it to the database. That way you can keep track easily of what games/updates you have without having to dig out the hard drives where you have them stored.

Probably I'll be finished in the next week or so as most of the code is done

new features sound great. i did not update hactool because i don't know how.
if there is a new version coming soon i will wait on that.
golf with your friends update 2 is the only file i had issues with so i will leave it to one side until the new version is released and try it again then.

It must be an issue with your hactool version or keys - that update decodes just fine:

Yes it's an NSP, also you can decompress that file and check it - most likely it's corrupt though (even though it can install).

I started with the game database page, it's just got a couple of things to get added - then it's done. Should be done by the end of the weekend.

Also added is a comboxbox to the main page, this gets populated from the links in the database.

Hi, I have a question about downgrading the game lower firmware but I like to ask I know the main game is what I need to do this too but do I need to do this for any game updates also to apply the lower version to it also?? Its a question that no one has answered any were i ask this. Mebe you can help me?
