Hacking Question XCI ban question

Hey,
I heard about XCIs and NSPs and I heard too that i get instant a ban by using NSPs,
but now I want the answer of: Can I get banned when I using XCIs on my Switch with an offline Console and can use later the online services anymore when I turn the Internet on?
I don't will try it but I want the answer.

When doing any thing like that there is ALWAYS a risk of ban. The Switch pretty much logs everything and as soon as you go online it sends the logs to the Nintendo servers. (or at least I think that's how it goes) But running any CFW to run those XCI's always have a major risk of banning.

xci are geneally assumed to be safer but by no mean comeply safe.

A better question to ask is "Can I play XCIs in offline mode and then use OFW online without getting banned?"
And the answer to that question is Yes.

But I think the "if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it" principle applies here.

I mean, we don't know actualy and I don't checked out all the thread about the bans if it's with XCI in CFW and clean OFW.

I've been doing it that way myself for the past few months. I could upload a video or something if you want proof. If they had a way of detecting it, I'm fairly certain they would have banned me by now.

I hope you're right, personnaly online ban wave for online playing is the only thing that make me afraid of use the SX OS offline.
Yeah, all that just for a single game... Ffff...

I have been using XCI and NSP and also the big no no "Freeshop" "back when it worked" and still no ban. Been doing so since the first days of SXOS.

However I am under no illusion that I have a ban sometime in my future. I accept that and so should anyone doing anything un-official with their console.

All questions that start with "will I get banned if..." or anything similar, all should be answered with a definitive YES!
