Xbox Compatible Usb Drive?

Hi Im Going To Softmod My Xbox But I Need A Usb That Works. Iv Seen Lists Of Flash Drives That Work But They Are Not Sold Anymore. Is There A Flash Drive That Is Compatible With Xbox That Is Sold On Amazon For About 10 Bucks? Thanks!

The list of hard drives that work with softmods ( http://xboxdrives.x-pec.com/?p=list&v_size=500&sort=brand ) is useful but all the ones I ever saw for USB drives were nowhere near as useful. If you have access to some old 512 meg - 2 gig USB drives then it is usually worth trying some of those as usually one of those will do the job.

I would have suggested getting a memory card instead but prices seem somewhat high right now. You might have to look into doing the hotswap method.

I Think I Will Just Use A Memory Unit! With A Little Soldering I Should Get It Hooked Up To My Pc!

It Is Extremely Annoying To Read A Post With Every Letter Capitalized.

I'd say get a Xbox to USB cable.
Install AR Xbox on yer PC and use a Memory card.

Easiest thing there is.

I was planning to say the same thing. Then I looked up the current US prices for such things. Even splinter cell has gone up a tiny bit in price.

If you have a spare controller you can turn it into a usb gamepad and load the necessary files onto a memory card that way. I think that may be applicable.

Yes Ive done that but I do not have a compatable usb

Action replay mem unit also works fine.
Any mem unit will do as long as you can hook it up to yer PC via an Xbox to USB cable.
