1 and a half hours is a bit short for a bump.
As Urza says xbins is a site that lists various homebrew related news (not all of it but the main emulators and hacks stuff).
It is also a frontend to a FTP site that has all said homebrew regardless of how legally dubious it is.
You can go manually if you want (join their IRC channel, PM a bot for a one time password and login that way) but http://www.360mods.net/index.php?file=deta...;name=downloads works for most people.
Edit: when people say "the usual places" when talking of matters xbox or xbox 360 this is one of the main ones.
