This really looks like a cheap R4 clone and there's not video.

From their website, they claim that their N3DS car play 3DS games :

If you're looking for a flash card that can support 3DS ROM and 3DS Homebrew you're going to want a 3DS card.

In my opinion, this does not really play 3DS games, it can at best play DS rom on the 3DS

Yes, of course it can play 3DS games... It also has 3D compatibility and N64 emulator and psp psp2 ngp xbox 360 ps4 emulator too

i checked the site. Looks like clone of R4iDSN or some simmilar cards who can run over 3DS (in DS mode). Even the catridge form is the same as DS cards.
About running 3DS roms... i don't think so much. Looks like the page is really recent (not more less than 72 hours being online).
Too early to make a judgment.

My god, another Clone card. If this keeps on going, the market will explode with clones. Just to clarify, there is no mode for 3DS games, only for ds games, and therefore you need to buy original REAL cards by a REAL team.

Plus:

- It claims 3DS homebrew would work. There is no 3DS homebrew as of now.
- Description is that of the R4 with some minor modifications.
- It would be impossible for a 3DS card to run on original DSes
- Multiple links on the site point to the same page, and the download page is a blank link
- DS rumble pak and DS browser can't possibly work due to lack of Slot-2
- PassMe is impossible due to same reason.
- No 3DS dumps, so file extension is unknown (it claims to be supermario.3ds)
- Contradiction in SD card support (claims SDHC, then 4 rows later, SDXC)

I think it's fair to call it a hoax and call it a day.

They took a standard R4 site/description and just did a find-replace from "NDS" to "3DS".

The "first with full SDHC support" gave it away.

I would say they are a scam and if you decide to buy one of these not only will you not get a cart that can play 3DS roms but you won't get a cart at all.

There are a few others, that have been trying to piggy back off of legitimate card companies names. (There is a site for a fake "cyclo3ds" at least)
